1. Before I clean, I declutter by going through a room and placing unwanted, unused items in a trash bag for donation. I then put the bag in the garage. If I find I really need it, I know where it is. If I don't, it is given to the next pick-up charity that calls.The less I have in my house, the easier it is to clean....and keep clean.
